A new hotfix is available for the AutoCAD 2012-based products (including AutoCAD LT 2012) that addresses an occasional problem with the Block Editor – saving a drawing while in the Block Editor would sometimes overwrite the drawing contents with the block contents instead. (Oops.)

why do they say 86x and 64x, and not 32x and 64x? what's with the 86?

But the short version is that x86 means compatibility with 32-bit systems. It's just a nomenclature thing.
